Nice video. Its cleaner and easier IMHO to put the CO2 shut off valves directly on the CO2 out of the keg coupler. That way they are not setting in the beer overflow bucket. An advantage to closing the beer line shutoff instead of the CO2 shutoff to stop the flow of beer is that once you get your flow rate set (controlled by the CO2 shutoff assuming constant pressure on the tank) you dont have to continually reset it for each new keg. If you place a TC check valve at the tank you wont have to worry about accidentally back flowing into the tank and stirring things up.
