We're going to be getting our Elevation drawings soon. Feeling grateful and blessed! Couldn't ask for a better experience so far. Thanks! Kim
This is our favorite design, only thing we'd change is move the fireplace to the back wall beside the patio door area and then turn that wall that currently has the fireplace into a full glass prow wall like several other Golden Eagle homes have.
A big Hello from Germany Hope you are all well ? And have Beautiful Day's until Christmas? I Love this Log Home so much 😍 I look the Video so much 😀 again and again and again ❤❤ 🎄🎄🎄☃️☃️ Thanks so much for sharing 👍👍
When I am financially ready to have a home belt. I will be in touch with you. This home came out absolutely gorgeous. This home needs to have a big weight either in front of it or in the back of it for those nights sitting out on the porch. And having the moon shining off of it. Thank you for this video I am going to save it
Sweet. Do you ever have someone that wants to build in an existing or developing neighborhood? Or are all your clients sort of out in the country and/or on a few acres of land?
What if you want the look of a log home on the outside but drywall on the inside... I dont like the look of the wood everywhere. I like to have different colors for the interior.
At 4:28, Jeff incorrectly states that the windows on the fireplace side of the house are "trapezoid" shape. They only have 3 sides, so they are triangular windows.
Beautiful home.Package price and turnkey price are way different .I froze the screen and the $297,000 package price jumps to over $600,000 turnkey. This doesn't include your land, access road power, well/ septic.. These costs could easily add another $200,000 to the price making this 2000 square foot log homes price soar to over $800,000. Beautiful home but very very expensive.
@@goldeneagleloghomes I'm not knocking your price. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I intend to purchase a home from your company. Thanks for providing honest pricing
I have a question boys. What is the thing, that the interior of the cabin is painted with, so it gives you thiss nice orange patina. Is it varnish of some sorth?
It is called stain and there are many many color shade choices, stain is more transparent so you can still see the beauty of the knots and grain. Thanks for watching

We have pricing on our website that would be the place to start www.goldeneagleloghomes.com typically 400,000 and up. here is the price for this one. Thanks for asking about totally built prices. (Turnkey Price) Let’s start with the Lofted Log 1969AL. In most parts of the United States you would expect to pay approx. $597,000 using 8x8 full log with butt & pass corners. The home featured in the video above has finished lower level (basement). To add the finished lower level you would add another +$65,000 = $662,000. The home in the video also has a slightly larger garage, custom cabinetry, clad wood windows, saddle notch corners, 10ft tall basement walls, half log on dormers, and some other custom touches. So look to spend approx. +$60,000 more = $722,000 total. Lot costs are extra. In different parts of the country construction costs may be more or less. And you would need to add Land Costs, Well, Septic, Landscaping, Etc. Contact Us or call at 1-800-270-5025 and we can help you start planning your dream home.

In checking on the prices on this on your site now compared to 4 months ago when this was posted...comparing to the 8:00ish minute mark, prices are over 35% higher. Is that mainly due to the giant rise in costs of everything due to covid, and can we expect prices to go back to "normal" in the coming months/years? I understand the package price going up, but the turnkey (what I would assume to be labor) went up just as much too.
If you are sitting in the ' whirlpool tub ' , it seems you can't look out to your horses etc as the window seems quite high! ( Obviously I am just guessing because it just looks like your are sitting quite low in the tub !) I would definitely have full size windows that almost touch the floor to maximize the viewing, especially as your focus is primarily going to be looking down to the ground level !! 🤔😁 P.s Beautiful home and you do a very good presentation ! Congratulations! All the best from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia !! 👍🐨🇦🇺🦘 😎
We can change that on your floor plan, everything can be customized to each person. I have been inside that home and the stairway feels better than the photo's show. I have been in hundreds of log homes and this place is so comfortable it is unreal.
Although we have built homes in California, we have come to find that too many projects were interrupted by tedious red tape from both a local and state level. This has resulted in such long delays that we have found projects never broke ground - even though we did all of the engineering and materials selections. With that in mind, we have decided that it's not in our best interest to work on California projects when we have other families on our waiting list.
@@goldeneagleloghomes Keep me in mind. I'm no amateur at property development but, if there you're saying you're uninterested for all the excavating I get that. Thank you for your thoughts, great production there. Best of everything
