No doubt that this is a beautiful house, design, and work. Something that's so unfortunate though in almost every one of these homes is the TV over the fireplaces are always placed so high. I'd need a chiropractor on retainer to be able to watch TV in these homes. It's even too high to stand and watch. No amount of mental gymnastics can explain why this should be done intentionally. Keep up the great work though! Love the walkthroughs!

BTW, your wide angle lens is very dizzying. Maybe compromise with a 75mm or 60mm lens. With all the camera movement, it hard to watch this beautiful space.

I never comment on choices a home owner makes bc it’s not my damn money, and to each their own. But that kitchen has a lot of going on, (textures and surfaces). Way too much. Looks like someone who couldn’t decide so they said, “add a little bit of everything”. But! With that aside, the home is a beautiful blessing, and I’m sure will be well loved.

I’m curious how long does it take to build one of these beautiful homes on average?
The build time ways depends on the home but if there was an average I'll bet it's around 14 months. Phenomenal build. The TV however, in the great room, being 15 feet in the air is ridiculous.

You certainly build beautiful homes. I tried a drinking game where I drank every time you said "overflows" (or some derivative) and "whole other level" (or a derivative). I only made it two minutes into the video. ;) May I humbly suggest some assistance with scripting so your presentations match your homes? As a public speaker and writer for decades, start with a list of adjectives so you aren't constantly utilizing the same ones over and over again.

To many design ideas. Like if there were 3 to 5 different designers inputting their visions of taste. Not much compliments each other moving from area to area. IMHO...
