Hi Steph, yes we are too at times especially with products that cost. But we've done some research and found this might just be the set that suits us as a family. We look for quality, convenience and since they offered life long warranty based in Melbourne :)

2 questions, what breed of dog is she. and have you had trouble with the carry on luggage being an inch wider that what most airlines allow

Hi apologies for the late responses. She is a toy poodle. No issues with the size of the carry on. We travelled with both budget and non budget airlines.
However, we did find the carry on slightly on the heavier side. A quick tip is to remove the laptop pouch when asked to weigh the bag. This helps reduce the overall weight of the carry on pro. Hope this helps 😊
