At Dana Point I caught a puffer fish, I had puffer fish laying on my hand not knowing asking random people on pier if it's a puffer fish, I asap put puffer fish in my hard hat then let it go, lol my dad was like ya son bring it home we can cook it lol :) Got seasick on kayak fliped on in middle reef waves :) Lots of baby bass let em go! Trying to setup anchor :) I'm really excited I'm also gonna get a dingy :) Woooooo out in empty ocean :) lol
Dana Point is pretty cool a baby seal hopped on my kayak, I was feeding it baby whole octopus & shirmp! :) It was pretty cool watching baby seal swinging octopus side to side while eating! :) I was a scared from it's fin thorns looked pretty sharp :) trying to hop on my lab :) lol
you guys ever thought of doing a video on the dinghy? I just picked one up thats similar. trying to figure out the Fishfinder set up. what finder you use and battery hookup, etc? hope to see you on the water sometime. i'll be in a 14 foot red and black "quicksilver" dinghy! trying to figure everything out!
Can you guys launch at a beach in so cal or do they freak out when you do that. Seems it would be really awkward always launching from a harbor depending on your destination.
I suppose we could push the boat down the beach but it wouldn't really be ideal, the harbor is generally easier for us. I don't think anyone would mind if we wheeled it down but you couldn't beach launch with a trailer.
We got a few videos lined up for the next little while. You could definitely use warbaits heads with a swimbait but you’ll need to fish it on a dropper loop with weight to get it deep enough
do you need a boating license or register for something to be legally operating an inflatable boat like this? i want to build a boat like this but not good with the law so would be great to hear from you!
I believe any boat with a motor on it needs to be registered, and we have the CF registration numbers for ours. We also both have our boaters cards, but you can take a free online course to get those
You do not need a boater card just to register it and have your fishing license amd your good now if you go on rivers you do need the boat card think I seen you giy launch from there I take my dingy out to it’s 10 fit maxxon amd fish for thresher try it it’s fun to catch them
Found your channel looking for recent videos on these inflatables, now I'm subscribed 👍
Keep your videos coming. Thanks.
thank you 🤝

15hp must be pretty heavy to handle for one person.

Shimano Lucanus (gear is always in our description)
What bait did ya use
