    1. 3 cups basmati rice
    2. 2 tablespoons of veg. oil
    3. 100g Butter
    4. 2 medium bulb onions
    5. 3 cloves garlic
    6. ½ tablespoon grated ginger
    7. 1 ½ - 2 teaspoons curry powder
    8. 2 teaspoons thyme
    9. 3 small bay leaves
    10. 2 cups of chicken stock
    11. 2 to 2 1/2 cups water
    12. 1 green pepper
    13. 4-5 pieces ox liver
    14. 2 stock cubes
    15. salt
    Stir fry veggies
    16. 1 medium size onion bulb
    17. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
    18. ½ - 1 tsp curry powder
    19. ¾ cup runner beans
    20. 1 cup diced carrot
    21. ½ tsp curry powder
    22. ½ tsp thyme
    23. 2 scotch bonnets
    24. ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
    25. 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    26. Chicken seasoning
    27. 1 cup frozen peas
    28. ¾ cup sweetcorn
    29. ½ - 1 cup chopped spring onions

    👍😃 Thanks for bringing back the use of LIVER in our Nigerian fried rice.🥰. Several years watching our Nigerian cooks on the net, they always leave out the use of liver.😢😮 & use other proteins. This is the traditional Fried rice that I grew up with 😅😋😃😍
