Thank you very much for taking us again for another fun filled out on this beautiful island. It's always exciting to see such incredible scenery and village vibes. Aha, local market always fascinate you. Wonderful to see your interaction with the friendly locals there. The filling of that round biscuit might be red beans or mung beans. Wow, lovely ending of this video with a stunningly breathtaking sunset....simply awesome 😍🥰
Thanks for taking us around the island with you! Really appreciate your positive attitude even on rainy days. The rain is what makes those places so green and lush. And another beautiful sunset at the end. I am reminded of the saying "Everything will be alright in the end. And if it is not alright, it is not the end."
The view of the beach at 1:40 and the bay at 10:46 are awesome. The love temple looks facinating but deserted and not maintained. The food market looks interesting, like the gathering place for the locals and the grilled chicken looks yummy. What a perfect way to relax with fresh coconut while watching the spectacular sunset at 23:54.
Loved this island above every place I've ever been to, I saw quite a few interesting vintage cars there, hopefully you saw them too, thank you for this video❤️
I agree with you Ken, I rather stay in untouch areas away from tourist spots. I love local people, markets and just see how they live in the community. Thanks Ken and extra thumb from for cool drone shots :)
Always look forward Ken. Never let you be touched by bad comments. This is your creation and I've been watching you for over a year now. You are very down-to-earth and loves to explore untouched places. I really love what you do. Never stop and don't let anyone stop you. There will always be people being rude or commenting in a way you as a creator shouldn't see. The same goes for every art being made. You create art and continue. Be strong. I want more :) This was a fantastic episode. Continue!...
Another enjoyable island trip and nice to see you in the live chat as well. Good life lesson there - you don't need material things to be happy! Your health is always a good start.
Hi Ken, that love garden looks like the lady statues are all in a love making positions............LOL...............maybe that is the main activity in the village!! Great find............well done bro!
Hi Ken 👋🏻 so you have covered the whole island within a day , that's great. Nice relaxing tour on the bike. Again..another exotic hidden statue 😅 not sure of the purpose maybe that could be educational for some people 😢😬 sorry just saying. The sceneries really mesmerizing and what could be better than watching the sunset by the beach...👍
Oh to have the time to do what you are experiencing Ken 🙏Was half expecting the Market people all to stop what they were doing as you walked in 😊😊Thanks for your time and effort once again
Guten abend Herr Ken, How come Koh Mak doesn't have any betel nuts trees despite its name? I can't tell by watching your video whay type of vegetation grows in the interior of the island. All I can tell is it's very lush and green. Great job once again showing the island life! Nam Chuam is syrup by the way! It's surprising to find English speakers at the little fresh market. Pretty interesting, isn't it? Thank you for showing us the sunset beach! It's totally worth it! Ciao und Aufwedersehen!
Actually, on wet days the colors really become saturated. When I was into photography, I'd love going out in the rain to take pictures. 19:45 - the umbrella makes you turn bright red... 😂 21:18 - a SOURDOUGH BAGEL??? Wow... In Amsterdam the "Bananen Bar" is something else altogether... 🤣🤣🤣
Hi Ken, at 16:10 you should be having "kanom pia", with mung bean paste within. If it is salty, the mung bean would be mixed with prawn paste / pepper =)
You're probably the only Farang on this island...... Least, you get to explore the simple things on the island that has to offer..... Keep em rollin' ...Stay safe, be vigilant, ride safely....
This sunset view has its own beauty. Especially after the rain, I am expecting at least a little bit rainbow. That would be beautiful. By the way this island is worth exploring. Wonder whether is there any school for children to study or is there any hospital in case of emergency and so forth.
That is a Chinese Moon Cake you ate Kanome -Be-it in Thai. They tend to always be various styles of peanuts some can be dry and boring others not bad. The one you ate tends to sell for about 10 baht.
Ken, all these islands and provinces are used to be Cambodian territories, and Koh Mak means Mom Island (= mother island) and that why you see woman statues and the people on these islands are former Khmer ethnic people. I can tell by their accents. Enjoy your visit...
I saw part of a temple grounds in north-central Thailand that had some interesting areas like your love garden. I am not certain but if I remember correctly good luck finding a mate and fertility. Otherwise not something you would see in many countries.
Hey Ken I want to spend a couple weeks in Ko Chang or Ko Mak . I’ve never been but want to come in mid February when the smoke is bad in the north . For. 3 star experience and nice beach where would you suggest ? Ko Chang or Ko Mak ? Many thanks
Koh chang if you'd like to have more life going on, more hotel and restaurant choices and a little bit of nightlife. Koh mak or koh kood of you're okay with less choices, no nightlife and more quite ✌all 3 are beautiful though 😊
ah... just found it via google translate... it is syrup. i had to try every possibility one by one.. not a very smart way... 🤣🤣🤣 i tried : lemon, lime, salt water, sugar water, wine 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Koh Mak is not so popular but Thai ppl know where it is.The reason is this island is so far and a bit difficult to go.Tourists rather choose Koh Chang or Koh Kood where is more convenient and have more nicer resorts.
@@KenAbroad Hehehe. If I'm not mistaken, d first was wooden penises near a cave in an island, d second was erotic art sculptures n craftsmanship from condoms, n this erotic sculptures is d third one. Hehehe. 😀
