There are no answers for the case study. They're exercises to help you see if you've understood the material or not. Here's what I recommend: For each chapter, after you watch the video, read the textbook in depth. Spend a lot of time making sure you understand everything. Then work on the case study. If it's not clear, go back and keep studying the material. You may also look up some of the concepts in Wikipedia or the articles that are cited as references at the end of the chapter.
