No, I don't know about you guys but I find it rather annoying when I beat a boss. Get a gold fancy chest from him. Open it and find five sugar cane and 10 tobacco. I get there and game helm resources but it's really not much of a prize for beating a boss and when you get nothing but that out of multiple boss chests back to back. Extremely annoying. I prefer to get my resources in the hundreds at a time, not 15 at a time

I think it is because right now destroying the Helm ship give you the death mark. The problem the death mark doesn't really mean anything. They either need to make the death mark more of a penalty or change how much Helm material you get from sinking the ship. But I do think boss chests should give you more of an reward. Even if that means just giving you peices of 8.
Yeah, killing every boss in this game blows you never get anything good I’ve killed the boss 100 times, and the best thing I got was like you said tobacco and juniper berries
Yeah I don’t get it either. Cuz as of right now he guarantee drops 2 out of 5 cosmetics and a small percentage chance to drop the new cannon and armor. And a little better chance of getting world item cosmetics which tbh you can get it at any other chest. Ubisoft is just trying to stretch their content.
Try killing the boss in a group it increases rewards

Understandable. It's an online game. You can't control what other people are doing in the server but if you can get through the fight with little to no damage. Doing decent damage to him. It's good enough for me
I could tell well enough if you're doing good in the fighter sucking just by watching whether there's more people or not
i running schlock long nines with weakpoint damage increase, on one salvo today 97k, it usually aroumd 50k-75k a salvo, works for me

@Death wish, have you seen the water barrel builds for sambuk, It makes it so ur brace don’t break when you use monster food, I use it for sambuk it’s amazing
The devs have not the slightest clue what they’re doing. Newer players including myself have to deal with these world events and le peste spawning on top of my ship sinking me constantly. And when I respawn, I have no health and the stupid le peste is guarding my loot and I just keep dying. It feels like I can’t progress or get anything done because everything just over powers me.

This isn’t the only build to take down Le peste I seen ppl doing it with the barque ship as well… just slap healing furniture and you should be good

Well, I built one very close only 1/2 my guns are fire bombard 3. Unfortunately there is no way to isolated my attacks, they quickly become area attacks 😂!
I also found my first cheater in a pvp ,he some how disabled my ability to aim at him. Thought it was a glitch but after a 2nd attempt he did it again! My Sammy is my go to ship for general piracy 😊

What set of clothing is that? The little cape on the back is amazingly clean!
He's pretty useless as far as drops go like many have said but all you need to solo is either snow with the ward armor or the barque so you can live a long time without worries and just get all the small minions to sail at you and blow them up at La Peste. Zams work real well to one shot the small guys
yea... not impressed with this build and it definitely isn't as effective as my solo build and the proof is in the video

@@d3athwish Asked some questions in the discord about if you guys wanted people to have mics in the discord for when you go on hunts together asked in a few of the areas and no one said anything but they all had no problem chatting with others who posted after me by only a minute or so and taking them out with them to farm Le Peste and Zama.

Focus on unlocking blueprints, balancing the talent of your selected ship, armour and appropriate weapons to match the build. Also using the right repair kit will give you less of a cooldown, hope that helps

You dont need a special build to beat this boss, Each add literally does about 20% of his hp if you blow them up on top of him. If you can kill an add, more precicesly 5-6 of them in the right placement.. boss dies.
You always said solo in your videos and never exactly do anythink solo. So what's your purpose?
