This guy was hugely underrated, his cardio was amazing for his size, he could hit really hard and he could take a really hard hit. Really underrated and a great guy too!.

I didn't realize just how awesome this man is. He has competed in multiple combat sports all around the world and was respected. This is the type of man I would want by my side if I had to march into battle.

It extinguishes the perception that being over weight you won't do well in sport, I've also seen on U.Tube an overweight gymnastic do unbelievable graceful energetic moves then at speed flip to other side of hall.
