Hopefully it was a fluke!! My question honestly is why that fuse is marked as “parking”. What if that fuse has nothing to do with the headlight and it’s something else I’m not aware that I don’t have lol. Only reason I wonder is because of the starter button sticking. Maybe that was the culprit the whole time
the starter switch problem sounds like a return spring is weak. just a guess though. could just need some contact cleaner if you're lucky lol. as bright as Leds are i would have gone with them. thats just me. glad you got the issue narrowed down. good vid man
I didn't mean to jinx you talking about windshields. I lost my reverse gear that night also. Not a good night for fuses. The Goldwing guy I mentioned to you has a 97 headlight assembly on the back wall of his parts room. Give Gordon a call
Mike, we’ve all spent money on parts just to find out we didn’t need them. Its all part of the fun. Another great video.
Appreciate it! Yeah I don't mind having new bulbs. Probably for the better anyway. Cheers 🍻
too true lol
Good work Mike!! Good times!!
🇺🇸👍🐾

@@UncleBogator thanks for the reply
Looking forward to the video!
hell yeah
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it man. Cheers!
Checkout the super bright Pathfinder led conversion.
Yeah one of these days I’ll look into that conversion.
bigger question is why did the fuse blow...???

@@UncleBogator another thing I would recommend is get a silicone type spray lubricant if your buttons on your switch housings are sticking

I plan on doing full LED conversion at some point, but this was good for now.
Glad you got the lights working, I gotta ask...what is with the peach?
Thanks Jim! I'm glad too.
I think you would like AUTLEAD LED Headlight Bulbs for the Goldwing , they're brighter and illuminate much further in front for better sight. Peace.
I probably would. One of these days maybe I’ll switch to LED.
DAMN HANDAS
Should’ve got a Yamaha
@@UncleBogator like ZZ Top baby YAMAHAHAW-HAW-HAW
@@WhiskeyChaser I heard that as I read it
@@UncleBogator hahaha Hell yeah
Use some WD-40 in the switch buttons my goldwing had sticky buttons and the WD-40 stop them from sticking
Yeah I saw folks doing that online. Figured contact cleaner might work but clearly not.

Jinxed!! Send me a dm on who that is again if you could. I don't remember where you said he was

ya missed a spot lol
novice tip: always check the fuses first.
yeah could've fixed it right away. I took the long way around. But I also wanted an excuse to get into the windshield so it was a win-win.
@@UncleBogator we've all done things like that. I enjoyed watching the video.
Check the basics first.
You’re basic

Blah. Who knows how old those bulbs you replaced were anyway? They could have been on their last legs.
I’m definitely not upset about it. I replaced probably old parts and learned some things along the way. I’m good with it.
