Siobhan shouted out Trapp's quick wit but Alex had some truly iconic lines in and out of character. "I forgot about women snakes", "(softly and gently) a ✨goombthem✨", and "it's the number of Heinz varieties" will live with me forever.

Why do all you clip people always cut out the laughs. The laughter is what provides relief from the comic tension. Cutting it so short like this is just...
hi! I appreciate your feedback and I'll explain why I make the choices I do with that. personally I feel like when I include all the laughter it drags out more. in a lot of my videos I do include more laughter than I do in this video, but when it's a specifically out of context video, I like to keep the clips short and fast, just the out of context, then onto the next one. I do like to keep in the beginning of the laughter a lot of the time though because it adds the relief you were talking about! :)
@@mushroompoet look at their own clips channels and notice how much time and emphasis they put on the laughs. Many of those shorts spend longer laughing than they do telling the joke
@@niffthesniff8258 and that's a super valid way of doing it! but usually those clips are only showing one bit, not several. if I'm doing a video with only a few bits in it, I usually leave in the laughter too!
