    "Cannot exclude liability for partial or incomplete performance by the seller."
    How is that not in conflict with the ruling on the Securicore case? Surely a security guard burning down a warehouse is a complete failure of their performance as a security company? And yet their exclusion cause was held to be valid.

      Because it was in the contract, therefore it ruled out this term?

      they sued for breach of contract and so they discharged the whole contract, including the exclusion clause, they also did rule by construction where they interpreted the law as they will, and the freedom of contract act... in other words a bunch of lawyery skulduggery

    U.T.C.C.R does not apply now it is Consumer Rights Act 2015
