William Brown is a Director at Fortfield & Brown, a specialist construction and procurement law firm with offices in London, Dublin and Belfast. William originally qualified as a civil engineer before obtaining his law qualifications. He now specialises in construction law and regularly provides practical legal advice to a wide range of clients including public sector bodies, main contractors and subcontractors. William is also a lecturer in construction law and dispute resolution at Queen’s University Belfast.

I am literally begging you please to complete this CL series and upload the last 3 videos! I am studying for my SQE1 and your CL videos are easy to listen to, no nonsense, plain language, quote relatable examples, and your use of graphics really help visual thinkers like me, who remembers more from a picture and connects a body of ideas and rules better that way than just by remembering words. To be clear, I've heard you mention "slipping it in" and "trivia" and the emphasis on the ending consonants of certain words. The first 2 specific to a a couple of dates and a sexual encounter from 2016, and the speech pattern similar to someone else. My life has been traumatic and fruit less regardless to the amount of work done. This definitely doesn't exempt grown men, one of those i raised his daughter with minimal contribution, from consequences if they were involved with the damage and loss , especially if they had permission from some contract. Vague and not reasonable, not definitive, and deniability almost certainly if brought to question. Who enforces universal laws?
