I hope more people will watch it.
Sadly when I checked the EU shops after hearing that you can pre-order, both stores were sold out already.
But this shows that the positron printers are well received and surely the next batch will be available in a few months.
When I saw it 2 years ago I thought "Finally an innovation! - And so practical... to be able to take it with you on your family visits" ... but self sourcing was too big of a hurdle with the CNC parts...
I've waited since then for a kit, so waiting a few months more won't be so hard. Especially when you know it's finally in production.🥳

Can't wait until my kit arrives.. sadly I have to wait until the printed part files are released so I can start printing them.

From checking those links, it looks like they aren't going to have much trouble getting orders as it stand now. I think this product has a bright future and has a lot of value. On top of that, if it ever enters volume production, it doesn't actually take a lot of material to make... I think a version of it made for mass production could be quite affordable.

Yeah the first batch was quickly sold out. In the future these kids can be quite affordable indeed. Just not going for the cheap clone kits

The biggest problem is the cabal. There are parts of the world where Synchromesh is impossible to buy, 3mm wide belts do not exist.
At least there are cables with a width of 5-6 mm.
What is the problem with 6mm belts?
