So I have a stock EOS... and now I really want to know how to get mine to sound and look like that!
They swapped a twin turbo VR6 from a Passat R36, you'd need that engine properly swapped into your car

The sound is mainly that custom piping that is very open,the popping and cracking sounds has to do more with the tune of the turbos

Wifes 2012 Eos blew with 90k on it. The timing jumped resulting in blown engine. VW was in class action suit because of this (450,000 engines). Mine would be covered because of the mileage but it's either you gotta be under 100k or have it done by 05/26/22. I just missed out by a month and a half. That being said will an R36 drop right in and mate to the tranny?
