I've got a question : can we simply permanently switch the (1G =ANSI UPIN) when creating a new claim to (1C) in claim data referring provider type and make the 1C as a default when creating a new claim?
Is there a way to submit claims that did not get sent but was included in a month end hard close. 3/28 claims were pulled by mistake, not processed, 4/1 Month end was done before claims could be sent now I can't send . How do I fix this?

You did not give details on the collection transworld set up. Is there a way for you to capture at account level if a pt. Has a credit balance on any claims for it to not send it to collection but generate a report to see which patient has credit balance with open clam balances.
