If Eye Doctor goes back into the nose after they were originally created, will it show that the notes were updated? Does the system automatically always update the date that someone went into the system and added more notes?? or is it possible to just go in and add things to a patient’s records without there being evidence of what day that was updated??? I hope that makes sense. Thx!

How can I make right chart panel size smaller? Right now, the patient’s progress note section is not wide enough for me to document comfortably due to right chart panel is occupying too much space. Thanks.
