Even if she covered them with makeup, Shelby's cousin actually said that Shelby abused Wilbur. She said detail by detail. Also, if you look in those photos, Wilbur looked miserable and he had lots of bruises. Wilbur just doesn't really try to manage the situation. I don't really know why. Some people believe he has autism, but i dont know. Shubble only takes advantage of this situation to get more followers.
