I was totally expecting her to say "I have two couples in front of me and only one picture. The eliminated couple must return backstage, pack their things, and go home. The couple left standing has another chance....to dance...with the stars."
Several years ago when she had the talk show, someone taped one show. I was so nauseated. The show was about people picking their nose and- it was gross what the people did. I could not watch it. This is the "quality" she brought to daytime TV. Being on DWTS is like she is trying to get her career back.

Frankly I really dislike Tyra as a host. She sucked on AGT and she sucks here. It’s nothing personal but she’s a professional model not a professional MC. I gave her a chance this week and last week but if you’re gonna replace a beloved TV host and his cohost (who had great chemistry together), you better be competent. Tyra has proven to be incompetent with her awkward questions and inability to stay calm when running out of time.
yeah and the outfit she wore week won was so so overthetop its like making the show more about her when in reality nobody watches the show to see the host. At least when Tom and Erin were hosts they wore more casual outfits, were able to stay calm, and Tom has been with the show so long it just feels like a whole new show without him. It's like dwts lost it's charm when they got rid of Tom Erin and Len.
Neither could Charles. Carole could dance a bit better and improved much more this week than Charles did. They pick the best, not the worst. But since Carole made it to the bottom two, she’ll probably be out by next week if the same happens again. At this point, she’s the worst of them all next to Chrishell.

Derek lies to the dancers faces even if they suck and he makes them sound like their amazing which they are not and he sucked up to tiger lady and said she was amazing but she's really not she sucks. So honestly we need an actual honest judge who doesn't sugar coat results and who isn't afraid to be honest at what they think of the dances. Because that's what I've seen over time is that the judges lie a lot and they get away with it without being called out on it and it's not right. The judges need to be replaced.
@Shay91 Honestly Len is no better, and of course he plays favorites. For example Derek Hough has won DWTS 6 times, none of the other long time dancers have gotten that lucky they've managed to win only 1 - 2 times if anything. Bobby Bones and Sean Spicer didn't deserve their positions on that show. Bobby Bones having won with Sharna was a joke and not to mention it created a bad situation where it became a huge problem. But I hope that the judges get replaced except for Bruno at least he's the smart one.

I can see why he is the tiebreaker and head judge because he has overall more experience compared to CarieAnn and Bruno in the Latin/Ballroom field.

I was, but I wasn't at the same time. I wasn't shocked because I thought they should've been in the bottom two. I adore Charles and his energy, but he was one of the weaker dancers. But I was also shocked because of the amount of times a couple that should've been in the bottom two or in jeopardy has skated through the competition.

They usually do one good celeb and then one bad celeb and trade-off. Since she got James last season, they gave her Charles this season. But overall, it really isn't fair. They usually give Val a really good celeb - I think this caught on when he was in the finale like three times in a row, so now they seem to be making up for it. And what someone else said, Artem, Keo, and Gleb usually get dud partners (though they don't seem to be great coaches either)

Tom and Erin did the same as well as all the other former co-hosts. They probably get told in their ear piece when to announce each person safe. It's nothing new, and it seems like not many have never seen the results show before due to some people mentioning Tyra taking too long, instead of knowing that it has always been that way in dragging out whom is safe and who is not safe even well before Tyra became a host.

They usually give Val a really good celeb - I think this caught on when he was in the finale like three times in a row, so now they seem to be making up for it. And what someone else said, Artem, Keo, and Gleb usually get dud partners (though they don't seem to be great coaches either)
They have to pair the best pros with the most crappy competitor so they can get better faster

I don't think it's her fault when she's allowed to announce the next couple. With that being said, I can't stand her either.
Tom and Erin did the same as well as all the other former co-hosts. They probably get told in their ear piece when to announce each person safe. It's nothing new, and it seems like not many have never seen the results show before due to some people mentioning Tyra taking too long, instead of knowing that it has always been that way in dragging out whom is safe and who is not safe even well before Tyra became a host.

Unless all the other seasons you were annoyed with Tom and whomever was his cohost that season dragging out revealing the results. Either way, it's not Tyra's, was not Tom's fault, and was not the co-hosts whom have been part of the show fault because they get told when to reveal each name for dramatic purposes of the show.

The whole show was rush rush rush the judges so Tyra could talk more. And I missed the stressful music during elimination! Lightning was terrible throughout the dancing. Still love the show, hope it gets better next week.
