My Icons are similar to the core but shifted to be major NPCs from previous campaigns, some of whom are ascended PCs. I kept the Orc Lord but turned him into the Uniter, where he’s a neutral Icon focused on creating a safe haven for monster-kind. He’s an international wild card and through savvy political and military dealings is sort of the keystone for several truce agreements where no one wants to “shoot first”

For the question: my 13th is the Dweller Below. Said to the remnants of a sleeping god, it sleeps deep below and is said to conjure the abberations.

I’ll admit I was ok with the orc lord dying but I’m also loving these solutions for him sticking around
