Its nice to see a spec evo projects in a magical fantasy setting, the only one I can recall is JaxDaHaxArt Beasts of Aegoria series so its nice to see more like it can't wait to see more of this series.
Why thank you! I have a few other videos planned along with artwork in the works. To be honest I have a lot of artwork for the individual animals and the Binder is massive so It is all about putting the videos together
@@alexroy9912 Trolls and Ogres were actually the first creatures I worked on for the bestiary. I will need to tweak the art a bit with highlights. You can thank those two families for me starting the bestiary to begin with.
@@WorldofAthium ok and I wonder how the Magic works in your world ? Is it like your typical fantasy world kind of magic or is it like monster Gardens Magic where you need a special attachment to the body to neglect negative side effects ? And would this be explain in a possible future video.
@@alexroy9912 I will have a dedicated video on magic or at least how I have written it in the books but I will state this, Music and sounds are referenced in Shard of Woe, magic itself is a sound/music based magic. Every item, animal, person, and element has a "chord" that can be used in varying ways depending on a few external factors like what race a person is, what phase of the moon, etc. Some races have access to some magics and others do not, humans can access most. The idea is to hear the call of a specific chord that resonates with you, after resonation is complete, you can remember the sound of the spell and thus you can command it. There are limits but I will mention it in it's dedicated video. I wanted to do a unique magic system that is not a rip-off of other systems.
