I use Wander on my Oculus quest 2 and I like to find random islands around the would and just explore them. I find this island and that little house was literally the only building in the island. And I saw a couple of people in it. I was so curious to see who was there and why lol.
It is really amazing and wonderful how NZ scientists manage to come up with effective solutions that significantly reduce and eradicate threats to wildlife !! (mice, rats, possums, feral cats, etc). Other countries would have to look to NZ for good ideas:)
I am by no means meaning to dismiss all the work thus far achieved or criticize the efforts of all concerned. While you were there, couldn't you just catch some mice?
the mice are destroying the land, they werent naturally here they were transported from a broke down ship. once they get rid of the mice the flora and fauna will flourish again
Well presented and now mice successfully eradicated.
Love this style of video. It's like if Wes Anderson made a film for DOC.
