great job on your build . i am making one right now. i agree with how you feel about these pcbs . i purchased 1/8trh watt resistors on this build and it makes a difference . they FIT ! using the board mount pots is the way . although i have different 1/4 inch jacks so i am not mounting my pots in the same fasion , mine are 180 flipped . i think it should work out ok , the knobs wil sit a lil lower on the front but ... good job on the speaking part of the video . i prefer when folks record a piece of music for the demo but thats just me being picky . take care pal .
@@pougnetpedals no worries. I'm actually thinking about putting this build together, but replacing the internal trim pot with another potentiometer so it can be adjusted without opening the pedal. Have you looked into that at all?
Haven't thought about it, but it would be an easy mod unless you were particular about the pot placement. Just an extra hole, an alpha pot, and some offboard wiring from the trim location.
When it is not specifically provided, I usually use A (log) for any volume pots or tone pots that affect volume. B (linear) for anything else. It's not going to make much of a difference, but if it were me, I would go with B pots.
Very nuce on the build. Looks very pro. Your guitar nut needs some work. On the g to d chord it,s kind of out of tune. Thats a nut problem. Those problems show up with cowboy chords.
nice demo, this one sounds pretty good. sounds like the baby resistors are the ticket
nice! got the parts in the mail!
Nice!!

Thanks!
Just to add here: the Little Debbie has moved the Presence and Tight controls to interior trimpots, which is why it fits in the smaller enclosure.
Awesome. Thanks for the info!

how do you do your graphics?? those are pretty cool!!!
Check out my other videos. I have a few on how they're done. Check out th-cam.com/video/WXnGe68dGCY/w-d-xo.html
Aion also has this for a 125b case but all the knobs are external. No internal trims

Good to know! I don't mind having some stuff internal. I find option paralysis can creep in with too many knobs/switches
Background noise? You're using a single coil Tele; try it with humbuckers!
yeah, i gotta get some of those....
