    It's impressive to see someone actually test the circuit rather than throw parts at the code.

    Great find on the broke wire! Bet a lot of wheel speed sensors get installed before actually checking in depth for voltage loss. Would loved to have seen what you did after repairing the wire to prevent future problems with the wire loom. Awesome video and keep them coming.

      @AD-T  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry I intentionally didn’t record the repair due to fear of the armchair mechanics . I used a small section of wire with solder and used electrical tape to wrap the wires then put the harness back in the loom then taped the loom closed with black sports tape to prevent dirt getting in. The sports tape is just like the more expensive tesa tape but more durable in my opinion.

      @@AD-T 1. Thanks for replying back with what you did to fix.
      2. Dude, techs at your skill set level generally won't criticize each other, we only learn. The armchair mechanics are typically keyboard ninjas who think they know.
      3. Keep Posting!!

    Funny, I just had a 2018 chevy 2500HD Duramax checked out at Andrew's Diesel in Spanish Fort Alabama, the go to shop for diesels around here. These people know their stuff. I asked them how the L5P was holding up. They said the engine was great but GM was using such small wires that they were constantly coming in with broken wires in the harnesses.Sad so sad just to save a couple hundred out the door new. It would be onething if all dealers had mechanics that could work on these diesels and not just part changers.

      I work on Ford, Gm and Ram trucks . For some reason this past month I been overwhelmed with Gm trucks . But be expecting the combination of the 3 . Working in a independent shop i take what I can get so I guess the flavor of the month is Gm 😅

      That sounds great! Education is education and I plan to trade my gasser for a diesel soon, I’m just still trying to figure out which of the big 3 is going to be the lesser evil of them all because I turn my own wrenches on my trucks😅

    I have a question, where is the EBP Sensor located? My truck sputters every once in a while, when I let off of the pedal and then step on it to get back to speed. I was told to clean the Map sensor and MAF sensor and also the EBP sensor and tube. I cleaned the other two minus the EBP because I do not know where to find that one. Any help would be appreciated. My truck is a 2020 GMC 2500 Duramax
