Doing a pretrip comparison video is a great idea and would be very helpful to anyone operating a motor vehicle, whether they tow or not. Thanks C Farmer!
First time returning to IT East Yard since my first run 3 weeks ago. Heading back home to FL for a break. Not excited about the rates being so low! My last run was to Bakersfield, CA Man that trip was beautiful!
Always love the videos, glad you had a safe trip! A pre-trip inspection vid would be great for everyone and much appreciated when done by someone such as yourself with a lot of experience.
You should've let me know you're stopping in Benton Arkansas, I am in Hot Springs which is about 30 minutes away. Would have been nice to meet you and have lunch. Anyway I hope you're feeling better and thanks for the short video!
glad to see you back enjoying your videos of traveling. you should put more videos up of your travels when your not towing and also have you thought about tuning and deleting your truck yet.
I know you dont go that way often but i do so here's some things I do. Matthews, MO is a great fuel stop. When I get to Sikeston I go south on 55, get fuel in Matthews, then take 412 over to 67 in Arkansas. Fuel is always the same in Carthage and Nacogdoches. When i go to Donna i go about 15 miles to the Progresso International Bridge. You can pay a couple dollars to park and walk across the bridge into Mexico. A cool experience. You don't need a passport just an enhanced drivers license.
Was only $1.35. Easy pull and easy run but that's one reason i usually don't pull the small ones to Texas and Florida. Same camper going to Cali or Washington would've paid better
😂😂😂 I pay a Lotta convenience fees. 😂😂😂 I knew you knew better with them lights out. 😏😏😏 I wouldda been freaking out with a "lake" under my truck.😮😮😮 I avoid paid parking like the plague. 😮💨😮💨😮💨
Hey I'm pulling trailers out off Indiana with a 2018 L5P duramax... just wondering is it best to have it high idling when your sleeping in it or just normal idle ?
18100 with fifthwheel. I've been trying to stay from the really big ones and stick to campers 15k or less. I've pulled some really heavy trailers up to 19k and it did a good job but i need the truck to last quite a while longer so i don't want to max out out like i used to
@@CFarmer Thanks for the response . I used to use code readers but needed something that can do more. I think autel is the best for the money for anyone but a professional that needs snap on etc. I forgot my model . Think is the regular 808.
Why does this shit need to be done, did this vehicles have a loss of power and it is diesel. I wouldn't take it to a mechanic that doesn't work for dodge.
I hope you’re having a great day today. Thank you for all the videos you make I tried to play all. Videos really helpful.

I let mine idle normally but i would like to think it would be better for it to be idled up some though
My F250 with a high idle kit idles from 700 HP to 1k on its own. Normal idle is below 500HP of course.
What is your fifthwheel towing capacity?
I have 2001 2500hd duramax and I'm think about going bigger on campers and my max trailer weight is 15,200.

Thanks for the info and the duramax videos.
What autel do you have?
Autel MK-808BT

Ours should be similar. I've got a lot of use out of mine for the money
Factory I can push I the park brake a little ways and press the set button for cruise and it revs up to about 1200RPM
