BHP runs our Heavy Diesel Fitter Apprenticeships in a 2 year program at our purpose built FutureFit Academies in both Perth, WA and Mackay, QLD. The training involves a mixture of both classroom and practical learning and once complete you will have a full trade qualification (Certificate III) and be trained, competent and authorised on how to maintain key equipment on our mines, such as Bulldozers, Graders, Loaders, excavators, Dump Trucks and much more.
