Fair play to you giving it a go and you are pretty lucky to catch under them conditions so you did well. Many thanks for taking the time filming your session and like said it's real fishing unlike some who wont put a video up unless it's a great session.
Hi John really enjoyed that, even though you were in the dark most of the time! I just love the optimism, boundless enthusiasm and good humour. It's also reassuring as most of my beach fishing forays, involve snags, rods blowing over and few fish. Anyway here on the canal in Cheshire, the lures are getting smaller and the retrieves slower, so we are struggling here too. All the best, tight lines.
Love the fact that you don't mess about with tiny baits. They want a Feed not a Snack. Go big, or go home. Big baits = Big fish. Love your videos. Dedication.
Wow that was 1 tought session. At the 3 minute mark I've never seen the rod tips dance around like that crazy stuff. Good effort tho mate. Tight lines 🎣🎣🎣

my uncle was the muscle fisherman through out the straits for 20+ years and unfortunately he passed away in october so the muscle beds are un touched. His name was William John Jones and he was the skipper of the Mare Gratia.

Nice one mate. I have to admit I can't fault your commitment to put out videos in all sorts of weather. Spring tides are a pain in the bum with all the weed that comes with them . Yo John, sorry to c weed was a pain on the fish, but at least you got a fish.We fished cleveleys on Friday and had whiting small cod and a few lings. Hope you're OK and c y soon.👍👍
@GAMEKEEPER JOHN'S FISHING ADVENTURES 🦈 I fished the beach at Blackpool one night with a mate . He was out of sight and i didnt know that hed quit and gone home . I got stranded with the sea behind and around me. My son was only 9 at the time and he was with me. I had to wade through chest high water carrying my gear and my son. We only just got off the beach. Needless to say he was a friend the key word is was. We could have both drowned bloody fool.
Carp anglers: "I caught 2 Carp in the same session , it was complete carnage" No no petal if you want to see proper use of the word and some actual carnage watch this vid ! 😂😂

I always fish the strait 1hour before low then 1hour after slack then go home ( 10 minutes away) .
