Hello, I have been looking to move from Gaithersburg to Leesburg because I like Northern VA but it is getting very expensive over there. I want something more rural but close to northern VA to hang out with friends on weekends. I dont think I have ever heard of Brunswil and just looked up the distance from Brunswick to Arlington and it said it is 1:20. You said it should be like 45 minutes. Are you sure it is only 45 minutes? Because 45 is not bad but one hour and 20 minutes is a little be of a drive.

Arlington is farther than commuting to a place like Reston which would take around 45 minutes. You'd be looking at at least an hour with no traffic to get to Arlington.

Great video. Does Brunswick has good schools?

Great question! I recommend comparing ratings on Niche.com and Greatschools.org. Everyone has their own benchmark for "good schools" whether thats a 7/10 or 9/10. Happy to help with your search if you're looking to make a move, just reach out to me!

Brunswick is more rural and many folks like that.

Great point. Brunswick Crossing definitely changed the scenery a bit but is really nice
