Discrete Choice-based vs Menu-based Modelling

I was confronted with the question of whether the approach to DCE (choice-based modelling, CBM) I show in my videos can be applied to menu-based modelling (MBM). At first, I thought it will not work. But after a few days of plying with the thought, I think I've found a way.
