Automating DCE SPSS Restructuring

As you have noticed, it takes ages to restructure the SPSS file for the final analysis. I tried to develop a code that creates an SPSS syntax file.
It is just the first part of the tool. In the second part, it should also create dummy variables. As I am not a coder, I would appreciate your help.
