    Like 722.. De ceva timp m-am iscris la canal..mereu sunt cu un like , o vizionare..     Perfecte !
    Nu m-am încumetat sa fac acești macarons din cauza nereusitelor altor gospodine ,dar cred ca acum o sa incerc și eu după rețeta ta .Sănătate ,spor in tot ceea ce faci și numai bine îți doresc!

    They’re beautiful! After drying, do you take the macrons out of the oven and turn on the heat or do you just leave the macrons stay in the oven and close the door while bring up the heat?

      She doesn't take them out. So, 3 minutes at 248, close door and turn heat up to 293 for 15 minutes.

    Thank you for your recipe, what was the setting of your oven in both drying process and baking one? I have a convection oven so do I put the fan on for the entire process and the heat coming from the bottom and the top?

    Bună, deși rețeta pare ușoară, am încercat-o de cel puțin zece ori și nu îmi iese, așa că am pregătit o listă de întrebări și sper să ai amabilitatea de a-mi răspunde.
    1. Ce făină de migdale din România recomanzi?
    2. Ouăle sunt direct de la frigider?
    3. Cât timp estimativ trebuie să stea albușul și zaharul la baine marine? Acest amestec se pune deasupra cratiței cu apă de la început și apoi se dă drumul la foc sau se pune când apa deja fierbe?
    4. Ce tip și marcă de zahăr normal și pudră recomanzi?
    5. Când se pune cuptorul la preîncălzit?
    6. La ce viteză se face bezeaua? Eu folosesc un blender de mână de la Heinner, cu paleta tip tel.

      Buna ziua! Eu nu locuiesc in Romania si nu stiu sa va recomand faina de migdale de acolo sau zahar pudra.Ouale nu conteaza daca sunt direct din frigider sau nu ca oricum se incalzesc pe abur. Albusul pe abur nu trebuie sa depaseasca 40 grade C. Se pune cand apa deja fierbe. Eu mixez albusul la viteza maxima pana sta super ferm ca in video. Singura data cand nu mi-a iesit reteta asta a fost cand umiditatea din camera a depasit 40%. Atunci trebuie lasati in tava la uscat pana fac crusta deasupra, poate dura 1-2 ore depinde de cat de mare este umiditatea. DAR daca umiditatea este mare nu recomand nicicum sa incercati macarons. Asteptati o zi cu soare si mai uscata.

    Am incercat și rețeta de dar crapă chind ii pun cuptor,poate cuptorul e de vina ?e la gaz. Așa tare îmi ac și cum arată lucesc.ai mei nu lucesc.ce faină recomandați? Mulțumesc.

      Macarons sunt foarte pretentiosi si daca nu aveti cuptor cu reglare exacta a temperaturii este f greu pentru ca daca focul este putin mai tare decat trebuie imediat crapa.

      Da, cine nu stie ce presupune poate crede ca pretul nu este justificat. Dar sincer chiar este! Plus ca nici faina de migdale nu este ieftina.

      @@shalinisaravanan390 No fan? A conventional oven? Yes, many use that kind, but you might have to make adjustments. Either bake for longer or at a higher temperature. For example, although I have a convection (fan) oven, I bake for 19 minutes at 300F. And that's after also drying at 300 for 2 minutes with the door open. You'll never know until you try, but I don't think I'd recommend 10 minutes with the door open. Good luck.

      Dupa cele 3 minute la 120 C inchideri usa complet si imediat setati temperatura la 145c si numarati din momentul in care inchideti usa 15 min.

      Fara ventilatie. Orice cuptor ar trebui sa aibe usa care se deschide. Pur si simplu puneti ceva ca sa ramana intredeschisa 5 minute dupa care inchideri complet usa.

    Am facut si eu reteta, la cuptor cresc frumos cu piciorusul inalt dar cand le scot scad din piciorus, oare de ce?

      Probabil mai trebuie lasate 1 minut sa se usuce bine. Fiecare cuptor este diferit si poate varia 1-2 minute timpul de coacere.

      Daca este cu ventilatie trebuie sa faceti cateva probe sa vedeti exact cat de tare se incinge. Eu as incerca la 140 prima data. Faceti cateva incercari pana vedeti cum merge cel mai bine. Chiar si fara ventilatie fiecare cuptor coace diferit.

    Ma poate ajuta cineva cu un sfat? Le'am facut si eu si au iesit ok la suprafata dar intre exterior si talba au ramas goale iar talpa parea a fi asa.. clicoasa.. Nu stiu bine cum sa zic... lipicioasa. Am respectat in tocmai pasii. Oare ce s'o fi intamplat? Parca toata faina ar fi coborat pe talpa

      pot fi urmatoarele motive: umifitate prea mare a ingredientelor, temperatura putin mai scazuta decat trebuie, bezea sub mixata, macaronaj sub stadiul perfect. sper ca va ajuta raspunsul meu. salutari calduroase, Lavinia

    Am facut si eu macarons dupa aceasta reteta, si dezastru. Nu stiu de ce, ca am respectat reteta intru totul. Ceea ce am observat este ca dupa cele 3 min.in cuptor, am mutat pe 145 gr, ptr. 15 min. Dar pana sa ajunga la aceste grade a trecut ceva timp si cred ca 15 min au fost cam putine. Am vrut sa intreb ca focul trebuie numai jos sau si sus cu ventilatie? Eu am facut numai jos, ca nu am auzit altceva la reteta. Si cred ca le-am facut prea subtiri, adica nu multa compozitie la 1 macarons ca mi-a iesit piciorusul f. mic, si la fel partea de deasupra subtire. Si cateva mi-au crapat, partea de deasupra. Am incercat multe retete, de multe ori si desi faceam la fel, cateodata imi ieseau, cateodata nu. Deci v-as ruga sa-mi spuneti de foc daca sa -l fac cu ventilatie. ? O sa mai incerc, dar o sa las afara sa se usuce ca sa le bag direct la 145 gr,. Ale D-voastra sunt de revista. FELICITARI.

      Buna ziua! In reteta nu spune cu ventilatie. De asta au crapat pentru ca 145 cu ventilatie inseamna temperatura mai mare de 145 si cand temperatura este prea mare, crapa. Coacerea se face si sus si jos, nu doar de jos. Deci dati coacere sus si jos, fara ventilatie.

      Nici nu am zis ca este metoda franceza de bezea. Am zis doar ca sunt french macarons, ceea ce se refera la produsul final nu la metoda de bezea( franceza, elvetiana sau italiana).

      @@veraskitchen9081 Pai însăși numele in sine "french macarons ",înseamnă un macaron cu o baza de bezea franceza. Ca sa nu existe confuzie ,cel mai simplu ar fi sa scrieți doar macarons.

      Produsul final depinde de tipul de bezea folosit. Macarons cu bezea franceza nu arata exact ca cei swiss sau italian. Zic

      @@loredanacostache03 va inselati. Cautati pe youtube, pe internet si veti gasi o gramada de retete in care scrie clar: french macarons with italian meringue, French macarons with swiss metod etc. "French" nu inseamna bezea franceza neaparat.
