Making Green Plum Wine in Grain Rain

There are 24 solar terms in Chinese calendar which ancient Chinese invented to keep synchronized with temperature and weather. We have lots of traditions based on the solar terms. In Grain Rain, the last solar term in spring, I'd like to make green plum wine (青梅酒）and green plum sauce (青梅酱)
