BIO-MECHANICS : FORCE VELOCITY RELATIONSHIP

- * The force-velocity relationship describes the relationship between the velocity of the muscle contraction and the force produced, therefore providing an explanation for what happens during concentric and eccentric muscle contractions.
* In a concentric muscle contraction, as the shortening speed decreases, the tension in the muscle increases.
* In an isometric contraction, the speed of shortening is zero, and tension is greater than in a concentric contraction.
* In an eccentric contraction, as the speed of lengthening increases, the tension in the muscle increases.
Thanks you sir
Thank you sir .. 😁
Very good explanation sir👍👍
Thank u for making d topic soo easy to understand.
Thankyou you so much for making the subject easy by your explanation sir
Thank u sir😊✨
Thank you sir,
And it's easy to understand 😊
The way of teaching excellent💯
Glad you think so!
Sir please make a viedo on hip biomechanics
Sir please take hand, wrist, hip complex too 🙌
Why is the velocity high during eccentric contraction? What is making the XB to detach faster although there is more force?
Plz if you could provide us with a lesson on torque and levers
Find this link for topic lever

Hello sir
Hello sir
