24 inches of bread stuffed with fried chicken, pork, burger patties and vegetables, topped with 1kg of fries and lashing of cheese sauce. A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I'm from Cape town. And I've had more Gatsby's that I can count. We usually have it with a long 30+ cm roll loaded with soft chips sauce and your choice of various proteins. Polony, Vienna, sausage, chicken or probably the most popular. Masala steak. So great to see our culture being spread all over the world. Awe to all my south Africans watching.

We travel to Cheltenham every few months to see family, after watching the video my 9 year old has asked if we can give the challenge a go. I had to sit her down and explain our family of 4 didn't stand a chance and that you had a magical stomach that can stretch to the size of a large dog. Awsome effort as always Adam.
