By 'arguably Britain's favourite' you obviously mean... Not. Yeah, people eat it, but it's far from the favourite. Why would anyone prefer soggy toast? Cheese on toast is far more popular.

All of the ones on the list get my vote, except for deep fried Mars bars which I tried once and decided wasn't to my taste when I found a chippy down south that had them on its menu board thing, and bubble and squeak which is a good way to use those left over items but we...just never used to do,not that we wasted anything. Beans are so versatile, they go with so many things but I like them best as part of a good hearty fry-up. I do like black pudding, having acquired a taste for it in childhood. I tried haggis for the first time at a breakfast buffet at a hotel in Glasgow in 2005,and enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I might.

Some of these dishes exist elsewhere (with minor modifications). Black Pudding is roughly similar to German Blutwurst and Haggis is not unlike Pfälzer Saumagen, a local dish from the Palatinate region.
However, toast with baked beans and deep fried Mars Bars will definitly raise an eyebrow here...
A well prepared Steak & Kidney Pie (not the deep frozen variety) can be delightful... so all is not lost...

Never really understood why some people (usually Americans) make such a big "liver and kidney and tripe, oh my!" thing about eating such organ-incorporating dishes. I suspect that it may have something to do with the fact that in so many parts of the US "offal" appears to rhyme with "awful".

Got to admit, Bubble and Squeak with sausages, Toad in the Hole, and the one you didn't mention, Bangers and Mash, all appeal to me because of the sausages. And, BTW, I'd probably like Scotch Eggs for the same reason, since one of my favorite dishes is a can of sausage hash, heated in a ceramic-lined eight inch saute pan, with three pockets into which I break three Jumbo eggs. After that I put on a lid, and serve upside-down on a dinner plate after the lid's been on four minutes to poach the eggs. To me this is a meal fit for a king---or just about anyone who loves sausage and over-easy or poached eggs!

Proper beans on toast is done like so:
Toast the bread (preferably 2 slices)
Take the toast and add grated British extra mature cheddar cheese, grill it so it’s melted and allow to cool slightly
Cook the baked beans with a couple of drops of worcester sauce and fry an egg leaving the yolk runny
Pour beans on to the still hot cheese on toast and place egg on top
Optional condiments of either of ground black pepper or brown sauce (preferably Hp brand for maximum taste)
To make this a deluxe add 2-3 pieces of British bacon ( if American style crispy bacon add 4-8 pieces of bacon)
The perfect beans on toast meal

Sorry... failed... you missed out Marmite on toast. How could you? Incidentally, the principal reason most people in the USA don't like it is because the ordinary cheap sliced bread ( normally best for Marmite) in the States has too much sugar in it (adding sugar to a bread mix is disgusting anyway) , or they don't toast the bread, or they don't butter the toast, or they use margarine instead of butter, or they use too much Marmite in the first place. ,,, or they don't eat it hot. Always remember, when it comes to Marmite, the merest smidgeon is an adequate sufficiency. Actually, I must apologise to you, dear reader, because before I started this daft comment I hadn't actually realised just what is really required to get Marmite on toast just right.
