monday the 17th sees us off to dalry again where theres more faffin around than lifting of steel,then we pop into giffnock for a pathetic 170kg,then we get held up for over an hr at celtics new womens training facility and finally we get to head into the scottish borders where the scenery is absolutely breathetaking :)
