This fits so well, and with so little expression, Penelope's face goes through so many emotions: Shock, Overwhelmed, Upset, Hopeful, Concerned, Suspisus, Tired, Anger, betrayed, then finally Sad. For a song about Regrets, I don't read regret at all on Penelope's face, which makes complete sense to the story and you managed to completely change the meaning of the song. WOLFY YOU ARE TOO GOOD AT THIS!

I knew someone was gonna start cannibalizing The Count of Monte Cristo musical songs for EPIC animatics as soon as I heard the Cyclops saga years ago. It's a perfect match, as TCoMC is so clearly influenced by the Odyssey, to the point one can pretty directly draw a narrative line from Odyssey->TCoMC->Ben Hur. If you need more fodder, there "all this time" might be a fun one.
