Problem is with the carb design itself. The jet is too small and continues to choke itself, especially during cold starts.
Switch to a different carb. I use a pulsar 220 bs3 carburetor. solved this problem permanently.

Same problem bro mere paas bhi Karizma r hai same issue chal raha hai, even worst self start bhi nahi ho raha. Please tell me naya carborator ka price kya hai?

Sir new carb price is around 7k so agar purana find kr skte ho good vrna mai khud abhi pulsar 220 ka try krunga then mai apko bta skunga ki its good or not
