Love walking around Bangkok to, so much to see and fascinating things you come across. Stumble inn have a place on Soi cowboy too now..they bought out the Oasis place..great people watching place there the same. Good vlog mate.
Unbeknown to me Nana Plaza was the first bar area I ever visited after a soapy massage at Rasputin's (wherever that was😂) The morning - night bar used to be called the All Day, All Night bar and the next hotel was merely Nana Hotel. That was 17+ years ago and returned several times since, but not for about 7+ years. Great place to have a night, possibly two, but no more😆
I've stayed at the Heaven@4, no windows in the rooms 5555 but cheap at 800 baht a night, theres a good place at the bottom called Alt Hotel UHG Nana, quiet and out the way
Also stay at same hotel swimming pool on the top and the swan on left hand side dump but cheap liked Hillary 123 8 years ago beer garden was good too expensive now go straight Pattaya now😂
Was there about 6 weeks ago, Maison hotel behind Hillary 1 (used to be the old rajah hotel) is a great place to stay, had some great afternoons at Stumble Inn too, just chatting with the girls, people watching.... love Thailand!!
Great video, Mark. Spent 10 nights @ Royal Ivory in 2022. It was decent enough value for Money. Soi 4 is good but nothing compared to Pattaya. Lots of decent looking women hang outside looking for customers lol, not my thing. Got scammed by a hotel bar bought a few beers went to pay the bill cause they were changing cashier and asked me to pay, then had a few more, she made me pay for the ones I already paid. I told her I paid already but she went off her head at me. Thais are never wrong in their eyes so paid up and left. Did not put a good taste in my mouth!
...an unwavering shit hole more by night than day,.. 'a great environment' ??---for a certain kind of person,.. maybe...those with only an eclectic appreciation of sordid 'girlie bars', and all their corny names.

Be careful that morning night bar, some smiling assassins in there will rinse you ..always stay ibis further down boss pool and bar on the roof...

Many on soi 4 mate, I've stayed at the woraburi a few times that's pretty decent
