If I may suggest next time you head up to Whis the first run of the day should be Blue Velvet into Crank it up (make sure you peal off to the right on crank it up at the fork for a faster/more fun ride). Nice warm up run. 2nd run go all the way to Top of the world. Ride top to bottom. 3rd run do freight train, then branch off from there. These trails are a nice mix to start your day. Just those 3 runs will take you into lunch. Lunch at GLC or Longhorn patio. Don't stay too long as the shenanigans start in the afternoon. I've called it quits for the day's riding because the patios got too lively. Now you have the late afternoon to explore some blacks! Fyi There's some awesome valley riding around Whis you gotta take in. you'll need 3 days just to sample those trails. I'm sure you've seen lots of content. Absolutely breathtaking. Awesome production on your vids. Just discovered them yesterday

Freight train you can go in blind. Only really big feature is the kokanee container jump but you can see it from 100 metres away out in the open. Good step up and down...you can gauge to see if you wanna do it. Usually a few people there watching attempts. The list of runs I gave is a nice progression. Totally in your skill set and will push you. You'll love it. Oh...and make sure you have dinner up in Whis. The most kick ass restaurants up there too.

Whistler is awesome for everyone!! If you ever get a chance 100% go. The trails are built so well you can really improve fast. I’m 20 and have ridden cross country on and off growing up but hadn’t ridden in 3-4 years. (been to snow summit/mammoth a few times but i definitely wasn’t a good jumper). hit crank it up a few times and rode a line by the end of my first day and could clear everything by my last day (3rd). that + top of the world made it by far the best riding ive experienced even tho i wasn’t too experienced w downhill going into it
That falls was on par with bridal veil in Yosemite. Angry pirate ... I would fly there just for that! Your gonna be an animal when you get back to sea level! Go ride your hardest trails at home when you get back.

Sounds like you stayed in Fitz, but what's your average lap time? Trying to figure it out for when I go in a couple of weeks since I have three days to ride, but most are capped at about 4 hours each due to other obligations.
