Install stronger flashlights and it would help a lot with night riding. From my personal experience, the bigger your light throw, the more they take you seriously in the night. I made a video about this yesterday.
That's why we called those people npc. A lot of people just don't care while other can't tell the difference. Then you have those special few that know it's bike lane but will argue and you that you're are not allowed to use a motorized vehicle on it. Even if it's an electric bike they will insist you're not allowed to use the bike lane and to get off.
