It happens all the time. As long as the player is not getting help in a live hand its fair. Often players have friends watching the feed to give feedback on the previous hands. That is why there is a 30 or 45 minute delay so they can't comment on a current hand.

To be honest im against these "ladys" in the woman league of a sport. But since you don't really have an advantage in Poker if you are a man i think its perfectly fine to allow them to play on the ladies table
