Friend knew I get super emotional about things so they lent me the game and was surprised when I became automatically attached to Nines. Said he was the most vulnerable character of the game and made fun of me when I said I wouldn't let anything bad to happen to him (knew the game had multiple endings, but didn't know said multiple endings were SET the way they were) so lots of frustration and crying happened. Then playthrough 3 happened. And I raged and bawled and went through the different endings to see if something different- something GOOD- would happen and accidentally managed to unlock the secret ending where they "come back" due to the bots. Nines destroyed me, man. My poor son. Freaking Adam ticked me off so much but then even HE and Eve had me crying at the end during Nines' endings. 2B broke my heart multiple times and A2... This game wrecked my feels. Especially with what happened with the Operators. 'Nough said. ANYWAY. Enough of that. Beautiful cover as always, Lizz. Sounds like an angel singing.
The lyrics are so different than a mere translation, I don't feel like this should be called the Japanese version of "Weight of the World", It has its own more fitting title in Japanese: "the Song of a Broken World"
