  • In this kbd67 lite modding guide, I will show you how I transformed my KBD67 to become more clacky loud and along the way, adding a little bit more flex as well.
    This is an amazing modification that I never thought was possible and I wanted to share it to all the KBD67 lite fans out there.
    I would like to hear your thoughts!

    Ah well looks like I’m gonna have to do this gasket mod. KBDfans will not restock the mute silicone, and I’ve already ordered the other parts. 😅
    On another note, being a fellow doctor, I can see a bit of the medical case presentation vibe in the video. Very clear and concise.

    Great video. I don't know why I hadn't thought of just cutting of silicon gaskets but you helped me get a thocky flex on this keyboard!

    If you want to make it clackier, why not just use the FR4 plate? it would sound really close to this without the mods.

    • @ThockyDocKey
      @ThockyDocKey  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      that could be an option but FR4 for the kbd67 is not readily available. and it will entail extra cost.
      This mod is close to free, just have to get some gaskets.
