I just picked up a copy of this for my xbox and was annoyed how the default controller settings felt even after spending time trying to change them still no luck.. put your settings on and boom perfect the car steers as it should.. game feels amazing night and day difference thanks so much for sharing mate!
wow, i'v e tried a bunch of acc settings. My own testing (for hours on end) and from other youtube videos and reddits and some were close , but just felt slightly off or had inconsistent twitchyness based on my stick skills, but this one is spot on!!! I just feels right and natural. I got rid of the hands and zoomed in a bit to get a better sense of speed and it works great for immersion! Thank you for the time you put in to find this combo and for sharing !!
These settings ROCK on Xbox One. Thanks for putting in all the work to help us. Any dude who spends four to five hours to test settings gets big respect from me. I know the sickness of constant tweaking until you reach the Holy Grail -- been there, done that with other games. THANK YOU!
Bro just saved my life with these settings!!! Both on ACC and AC, these are the best controller settings I have tested yet and it really makes it fun to play on controller.
Tried these settings now on Assetto Corsa on Xbox gamepass and they have transformed the game. It now plays like Forza Motorsport but with less stable cars (more realistic), I found I could do clean laps in a GT3 car and did a couple of races where I made up places. The races were super helpful as following other cars it seemed I was over driving the car trying to go faster than I should have at times.
just came across this video and those settings with a controller really helped. im a forza horizon fan but i want to move towards sims and those settings really helped me to get the hang of the car. thx :)
@@luxorcephrenSE23 Enjoyable experience but I've only played on a controller and imo feels like a arcade compared to ACC because you don't have to think about things like trail braking etc..
Great video controls are spot on i have an xbox series x and have just downloaded acc the settings i had was hard to not spin out but yours are great got me to a 1,32.267 lap at zolder n feels great at brands hatch in career mode so thankyou for this video 👍👍👍
I got this game last year, couldn't get to grips with the joypad and everyone online said it was unplayable without a steering wheel. Assetto Corsa is free on Xbox gamepass at the moment so I've been playing around on that with the controller settings and having no luck, I'll give these a go on that and see how I get on. If it makes the cars drivable I'll repurchase Asseto Corsa Competizione.
sorry bri but the problem is the assist.. is not allowed into the race and championship online...then Kunow lack on this im struglin to build a controlle setup for each car differently cause without assist everything change and itz quite a panic mess..
question? Can you change throttle deadzone and throttle saturation in the Xbox version, I know that you couldn't change it in the original AC on the consol, but can you change it in Competizione? My wheel is kind of broken so for me to play racing games I always have to change the throttle deadzone and saturation, if you can't change that then I cant play the game
You should definitely mention that setting the steer assist to enable literally holds the wheel for you therefore you will be slower when using that, I strongly suggest turning steer assists off if you want to be faster.
any setting recommended for this? I started playing yesterday and there's no way to avoid spinning with steer assist off, no matter which pad settings I put on, tried like 5 or 6 setups gathered from yt but nope
@@jorgedr5835 Hey man, sorry I can not really remember all the best settings, because I got the wheel really soon after this comment. You need to be very delicate with the controller if u don't use steer assist, but trust me with practice you can play without the steering assist, and you will be faster. I played original ac with the controller as well and I was really fast there too. So it is possible and doable. I used ps4 controller
@@jorgedr5835 Either way you won't to be pulling many wins or podiums with a controller, you might as well use the steer assist just so you have a nice and cleaner car control while also being safe for other drivers, but you are definitely faster without it
Just subbed mate I'm going to the these on PS4 I look forward to seeing you race on your channel I will also follow you on twitch mate Thank you and keep up the good work👍👍
Very tempted to pick this up. I love GT3 and this is the perfect game for me. I have a wheel but due to limited space I can’t keep my rig constructed every day so controller would be the easy choice for the majority. Would you say it’s fairly intuitive and drive-able?
Hands down the best GT3 sim out there. It is a good experience with a controller and you can easily be competitive with practice but ofc thats racing games in general, you will need to play around with the controller sensitivity though as the default are awful but I have a vid up with my settings to help out those who are struggling 👌
Looks like you're racing against the AI. How's the AI?? The PC2 AI is kind of like train, they don't race each others. If they're racing each others it would be more fun.
This vid was against ai but its a lot better than PC2, there's difficulty and aggressiveness sliders and they will race you properly hence the need for a radar. The reason it probably looks like a train is because its quite difficult to gain time and slipstreaming plays a big part. If you get 0.3 seconds a lap on a car infront you're on for a good race 👍
Im a bit space restricted at the moment so no stering eherl for me. Ive been playing project cars 2 on Xbox on a pad and it works well for me. I was thknking sbout picking tjis up on xbox next month, are there any resl issurs playing assetto vorsa on a pad? I'm going to subscribe now!
The default pad settings are unplayable so it took a bit of time to find a setting that put me in control of the car. The only thing that pops up when racing is that the vibration is lacking through the triggers so you can't feel any sort of feedback when accelerating or braking.
Best settings for xbox/ ps4 , after hour and hours I just find the finest settings for the controller, 1. Dead zone 35 2.speed sensitivity 100 Steer filter 80 Steer speed 40 Steer gamma 4.0 Steer assist/ disabled The most natural feel and balanced settings , the finest ever
Great video. Asked myself " Can I play a racing sim with a controller until I can find somewhere selling the wheel I want" quick search and you have answered my question. I have a DPD controller and thanks to your informative vid I even know how to set it up. Subscribed and liked :)

Hello, I use an Xbox 360 controller and these settings are great. I now have the confidence to attack the corners. Thank you sir.
Man... I tried a bunch of Controller settings, but yours is spot on! Now I can race when I'm not with the wheel! Thank you!
Good stuff dude! Happy racing 😎
Thanks for this, did to my living conditions I can’t have a steering wheel so this is convinced me to buy the game
How do you like this game?
I just tried your setup and my god it’s fantastic I can actually be competitive with a controller thank you dude
Glad to help my dude!

Thanks for sharing your settings, works like a charm.
Amazing drive! Thanks for share.
Excellent work on the settings. These are the best I've tried yet. Now to get a good setup for the Porsche lol.
literally the best settings for a controller thanks man..you gave me hope to drive now
Glad to hear my man! Such a great game and should be enjoyed regardless of equipment

Reinstalled on PC due to the new 1.8 update. With that said, I’d love to see more ACC content from you.

what a boss, in the same times as people with thousands dollars stering wheels ....with just a pad👍
it works brilliant, thanks
Fire settings
These settings are perfect 👌
Thank you
If your controller is new/good, you can lower the dead zone.
Cheers for this. Subbed 😁
What about steering assistance disabled? I really don’t want to use that. I’m so close to giving up on this game now.
is there anyway to change which button is used for brake? I find it hard to use controllers in AC and ACC for this reason.
Does anybody know if its similar settings for ps5?
Doesnt steer assist add like 50KG of weight? i get 1 second quicker just from unlocking SA
question? Can you change throttle deadzone and throttle saturation in the Xbox version, I know that you couldn't change it in the original AC on the consol, but can you change it in Competizione? For ps5 it work? Thanks 🙏
Thanks good Work !!!!!!!!!
Can use 2 controls?
