- Although clinical tests are sometimes helpful in establishing the diagnosis, they don't always tell you the truth. Well, don't worry, ATP does ;)

At 3:20, it says that increasing prevalence decreases NPV, but I manually calculated NPV from the numbers used in the following example and found that there also was an increased NPV with increased prevalence. Do you have any further clarification?
