Thanks & no problem!💪 Full Workout 1A. Flat bench dumbbell press - 4 sets X 6-12 reps Superset 1B. Wide grip pull ups - 4 sets X 10 reps 2. Wide grip cable Lat machine - 6 sets X 8-10 reps 3A. Single arm chest press machine - 4 sets X 8-10 reps Superset 3B. Underhand pull ups - 4 sets X 8-10 reps 4. Chest Fly machine - 4 sets X 8-12 reps (4th set is a double drop to failure )5. Rear delt fly machine - 4 sets X 8-12 reps
