Well, yes. That is a real construction, I didnt invent it. I just animated it. I programmed a simple circle circle intersection test to find the points of intersection that I couldn't calculate myself.
@@petevenuti7355 The method is called construction using Carlyle circles. It basically is a way to find the roots of z⁵-1, which are 5 complex numbers equally spaced around the unit circle...in the exact same pattern as the points of the pentagon.
