Adding coconut takes the dish to a whole new level......when i cooked this, the spinach was a little bit bitter...if you could help...thanks in advance
Thank you thank you! I have moolo shak from my garden so I’ll do this with both spinach and the moolo shak.😋 By the way, that cooking spoon is so perfect for our ranna. Wish I could purchase it.
I do this recipe with silverbeet but the other way round. That is add the shaak later. Kono extra paani dewa hoi nai? Shaak er paani deye daal ta ranna holo? Will definitely try it this way. Thank you.

ha spinach generally contains 92% water , tai r additional water er kono dorkar hoi nai. Apne eta pui shaak dia try korte paren , onek moja hoi.
